What should I prepare on the day of the trip?

A relaxed mindset, please wear your swimsuit before departure. Bring your own towel, spare clothes, non-slip slippers, and motion sickness medication (for boat dives).

Can non-swimmers participate in the introductory diving program?
A

Yes, non-swimmers can join the experience diving program. During this experience, you’ll be guided by a professional instructor who will ensure your safety as you explore underwater.

How do the instructors choose safe diving spots?
A

Typically, we choose the most suitable snorkeling and diving spots based on the wind direction and wave conditions on the day of the activity.

Does rain affect the diving schedule?
A

Compared to rainfall, wave conditions are the primary factor affecting the schedule. In most cases, activities can proceed as scheduled even in light rain unless there are extreme circumstances.

What’s the plan for bad weather?
A

We choose suitable diving locations based on the wind and wave conditions. Any changes to the diving locations will be communicated to participants by our instructors the day before.

Can I use shower gel and shampoo after coming ashore?
A

The purpose of showering after coming ashore is primarily to rinse off seawater from your body. In order to protect the marine environment and water sources at various harbors from pollution, we generally do not provide shower gel and shampoo.

Will prescription glasses for nearsighted or farsighted individuals be provided?
A

Please bring your disposable contact lenses.

Are there any participation restrictions?
A

Participants should be in good health and meet the health questionnaire requirements. Age restrictions may apply depending on the specific program. Please review the details for each program’s guidelines.

Can I pay on the day of the activity?
A

We regret to inform you that the reservation procedure is considered completed only upon the successful online payment. We kindly request you to utilize the online payment method to finalize your booking.

To make changes to your reservation
A

please reply directly to the reservation confirmation email. Please be aware that cancellation fees may apply based on our cancellation policy.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A

Reservations can be made from six months in advance up to two days before the scheduled activity. Please note that July to October is considered the peak reservation season, and due to limited availability, it is advisable to secure your reservation well in advance to ensure availability.

When will I receive the confirmation and payment notification after making a reservation?
A

For reservations made before 16:00 (GMT+9):

  • We will try our best to process and email you on the same day.
  • For larger groups or limited availability, adjustments will be made and you will be contacted by email within 24 hours.

The reservation process is as follows:

  1. Confirmation of availability (If there are no available slots, we will email you to suggest changing the date or cancellation).
  2. Email notification with payment link.
  3. Email notification of reservation confirmation.
  4. Keep in touch.

Will I receive a refund if the activity is canceled due to weather or sea conditions?
A

In the event of activity cancellation by the company due to factors such as inclement weather or unfavorable sea conditions, customers are eligible for a full refund.

How long does it take to receive the refund?
A

Once the refund is confirmed and initiated, our company will process the refund within 24 hours. The exact time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your credit card company’s policies. Please contact your credit card company to confirm the processing time.

Is there a free pick-up service?
A

In principle, free pick-up service is provided within Naha city. The availability may vary depending on the diving location, so please be sure to inform us in advance.
