Reservation Process
Reservation Guidelines:
- Reservations are open for activities up to 6 months in advance, with the latest booking deadline being 15:00 on the day before the activity.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, our customer service will provide a payment link and request any necessary information.
- Payment must be completed within the specified payment period. Failure to make payment within this time will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- For Fun Diving, Drift Diving,Photo Diving and Expeditions: Payment for 2 dives.
- For Experience Diving, Skin Diving, and Diving Courses: Full payment is required.
- For Equipment Rental or additional dives on the same day: Payment can be made on the day of the activity at our shop.
After confirming the payment of the requested amount, our customer service will send the reservation completion certificate within 24 hours. Please bring this certificate with you on the day of the activity to participate.
Cancellation Terms

In the event of changes or cancellations due to uncontrollable factors such as adverse weather or sea conditions, the company can arrange for a refund or reschedule the activity for customers.

Customers who fail to meet at the specified time and location will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting their participation in the activity and will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.

Failure to inform the company of any health-related issues during the reservation process that result in the inability to participate in the activity on the scheduled day will not qualify for any refund or compensation.

If the diving activity is interrupted due to reasons related to the customer’s own actions, it will be considered as the customer voluntarily discontinuing their participation, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
For customers participating in the diving course, if the trip is canceled and PADI E-learning course has already been issued, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the E-learning fee of ¥21,000.

In case of disputes or factors that may jeopardize safety, the company reserves the ultimate decision-making authority regarding the permission for the diving activity. This includes the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate the content of the diving activity at any time, with announcements posted on the company’s website serving as the reference. For any other matters not covered herein, the company will adhere to its relevant regulations and interpretations.
- 4 days or more before the scheduled activity: No cancellation fee.
- 3 days before the scheduled activity: 50% of the total activity cost will be charged.
- On the day of the scheduled activity: 100% of the total activity cost will be charged.
Please note that these cancellation fees are applicable based on the number of days before the activity, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
