Instructor Liability Insurance
The insurance provided in case of accidents caused by our staff’s improper guidance or instruction, resulting in customer fatalities, disabilities, etc.
Coverage for Personal Injury and Property Damage: Up to 1 billion yen per incident.
Management Liability Insurance
The insurance covers unforeseen and incidental external accidents resulting in bodily injuries (excluding illnesses) while customers are participating in our activities and under the supervision of our staff or instructors, regardless of whether it is due to staff negligence
- Death: 10 million yen.
- Disability: 4 to 100 million yen, depending on the severity.
- Injury Medical Expenses: 500,000 yen.
- Rescuer’s Expenses: 1 million yen.
Facility Liability Insurance
Insurance for Compensation in Cases Arising from Defects in Shop Facilities or Errors in Dive Instruction-Related Facilities or Management
For Personal Injury (1 person): ¥100 million, maximum of ¥200 million per accident
For Property Damage: Maximum of ¥10 million per accident, with an annual limit of ¥10 million
Trustee Liability Insurance
Insurance for Liability Arising from Theft, Fire Damage, or Contamination of Customer’s Dive Equipment During Adjustment, Maintenance, or Other Transportation, and While Stored in the Shop
For Property Damage (1 accident):
¥5 million,with an annual limit of ¥5 million.
Product Liability Insurance
Product Liability Insurance for equipment sold, serviced, or adjusted by our store, or for our rental equipment in case of defects or service errors resulting in accidents, compensating for legal liabilities other than the equipment itself.

- Up to 200 million yen per accident
- Annual limit of 1 billion yen
