Instructor Liability Insurance
This insurance provides coverage in the event that an accident occurs due to improper instruction or guidance by our staff, resulting in death or permanent injury to a customer.
Coverage limit: up to ¥1 billion per accident (bodily injury and property damage).
Participant Injury Insurance
This insurance provides coverage for bodily injuries caused by sudden and accidental external incidents that occur while customers are participating in our activities under the supervision of our shop or instructors. Coverage applies regardless of whether the incident was caused by staff negligence, and does not include illness.
Death: ¥10,000,000
Permanent Disability: ¥400,000 – ¥10,000,000
Injury Medical Expenses: up to ¥500,000
Rescue Expenses: up to ¥1,000,000
Facility Liability Insurance
This insurance provides compensation to customers in cases where liability arises due to defects in shop facilities or diving-related training equipment, or due to errors in facility management.
Bodily Injury: ¥100,000,000 per person / up to ¥200,000,000 per accident
Property Damage: up to ¥10,000,000 per accident / ¥10,000,000 annual limit
Bailee’s Liability Insurance
This insurance provides coverage for liability arising from the theft, fire damage, or soiling of customers’ diving equipment while it is entrusted to us for adjustment, maintenance, repair, transportation, and kept in our shop.
Property Damage (per accident): ¥5,000,000 Annual limit: ¥5,000,000
Product Liability Insurance
This insurance provides coverage for legal liability, excluding damage to the equipment itself, arising from accidents caused by defects or repair errors in customer-owned equipment sold, repaired, or adjusted by our shop, as well as equipment rented by our shop.
Bodily Injury (per person): ¥100,000,000 / up to ¥200,000,000 per accident / Annual limit: ¥1,000,000,000
Property Damage: up to ¥10,000,000 per accident
