- The product can be collected via on-site pickup or shipping. For on-site pickup, please inform our staff in advance. The item can be paid together with your dive trip.
- Shipping is available to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
- A maximum of 4 items per order is allowed. For bulk orders, please contact our customer service (details available at the bottom of the page).
- Payment is accepted via online credit card checkout. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, with delivery taking approximately one week.
- Please note that inventory updates may not always be reflected in real time. We appreciate your understanding. For deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will contact you separately if necessary.
- Shipping is handled by Japan Post (Japanpost).
- For defective items or incorrect products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for further assistance. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
