Secure Payment

All payments are processed through secure international payment platforms (Square / Wise). You will immediately receive an automatic email confirmation and digital receipt, ensuring that your reservation is safely recorded and protected.

Hassle-Free Refund

If your dive is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee a full refund or offer assistance in rescheduling your booking. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–8 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank policy.

Booking Steps

      1. Reservations are accepted up to 6 months in advance, and must be completed by 2:00 p.m. on the day before the activity.
      2. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment is completed.
      3. Please make your payment within the specified payment deadline. If payment is not completed by the due date, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
        Fun Diving / Advanced Boat Diving / Introductory Diving / Freediving / Diving Courses ➡ Full payment in advance
        Additional equipment rental / Extra dives on the day ➡ Pay on site on the day of diving
      4. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, our customer service team will send a booking confirmation email within 24 hours.

    Cancellation Policy

    • In the event that the activity is changed or canceled by our company due to weather, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer customers the option to receive a refund or reschedule to another available date.
    • If a customer fails to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
    • If a customer fails to disclose any relevant health conditions at the time of booking and is unable to participate on the day of the activity as a result, no refund or compensation will be provided.
    • If a dive is interrupted or terminated due to the customer’s own reasons or circumstances, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the activity, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
    • For customers enrolled in a diving course, if the PADI eLearning materials have already been issued prior to cancellation, a fee of ¥21,000 will be deducted from the total amount before calculating the refund.
    • In the event of any dispute or situation that may endanger the safety of participants, our company reserves the final authority to approve or deny participation in any diving activity. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate the contents of any diving program at any time. All updates and notices will be announced on our official website, which shall serve as the final and official reference. For any matters not specified herein, the company’s internal regulations and interpretations shall apply.
    Cancellations made 4 days or more before the scheduled tour date (excluding the tour date). No cancellation fee; full refund.
    Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled tour date. 50% of the total activity fee will be charged
    Cancellation on the tour date or no-show. 100% of the total activity fee will be charged
