What should I prepare for the activity day?

Bring a relaxed mindset! Please wear your swimsuit before departure, and prepare your own towel, change of clothes, non-slip sandals, and seasickness medication (for boat dives).

Can I join the introductory diving program even if I can’t swim?
A

Yes, you can. Introductory diving is done **hand-in-hand with a professional instructor**, who will ensure your safety throughout the entire experience.

How do instructors choose safe dive sites?
A

We usually select the most suitable snorkeling and diving sites based on the **wind direction** and **sea conditions** of the day.

Does rain affect the diving trip?
A

Compared to rain, **wave conditions** are the main factor that affects the trip. In most cases, diving can still proceed as usual even if it’s raining, as long as the sea conditions are safe.

What happens if the weather is bad?
A

Depending on the wind and sea conditions, we will choose an alternative safe dive site. Our instructors will notify all participants **the day before** if there are any changes to the dive location.

Can I use body soap and shampoo when showering after the dive?
A

The post-dive shower is mainly for rinsing off seawater. To protect the ocean and prevent pollution of local port water sources, **body soap and shampoo are not provided or allowed** in most areas.

Are prescription masks available for nearsighted or farsighted guests?

Please use **disposable contact lenses** instead.

A

Participants must be in good health and meet the conditions outlined in the medical questionnaire. Age restrictions may apply depending on the activity — please check the specific requirements and notes for each program.

Can I make the payment on the day of the activity?

We’re sorry, but reservations are only confirmed **after online payment is completed**. Please complete your booking using the **online payment system**.

How can I modify my reservation?

You can simply **reply to your booking confirmation email** to request any changes. Please note that **cancellation fees may apply** according to our Cancellation Policy.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A

Reservations can be made **from six months in advance up to one day before the activity**. From **July to October**, demand is high and spots are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your reservation.

When will I receive the confirmation and payment notice after making a reservation?
A

Reservations made before 6:00 a.m. (GMT+9) will be processed the same day whenever possible, and you’ll receive an email update. For large groups or when availability is limited, we will confirm adjustments and contact you by email within 24 hours.

Reservation Process:

1️⃣ Check Availability – If there are not enough spots, we will email you to reschedule or cancel.
2️⃣ Payment Request Email – You will receive a link for online payment.
3️⃣ Booking Confirmation – Once payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
4️⃣ Stay in Touch – We’ll keep you updated with any further details before your activity day.

Will I receive a refund if the activity is canceled due to weather or sea conditions?

If the activity is canceled due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions, a **full refund** will be issued by our company.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the refund is approved, our company will process it **within 24 hours**. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your **credit card company’s policy** — please contact your card issuer for details.

Is there a free pick-up and drop-off service?

In principle, **free pick-up and drop-off service** is available within **Naha City**. The service may vary depending on the dive location, so please make sure to **inform us in advance**.
