If your dive is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee a full refund or offer assistance in rescheduling your booking. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–8 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank policy.
Booking Steps
- Reservations are accepted up to 6 months in advance, and must be completed by 2:00 p.m. on the day before the activity.
- Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment is completed.。
- Please make your payment within the specified payment deadline.
If payment is not completed by the due date, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Additional equipment rental / Extra dives on the day ➡ Pay on site on the day of diving - Once payment has been successfully confirmed, our customer service team will send a booking confirmation email within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- If the tour is cancelled or changed by us due to force majeure such as bad weather or sea conditions, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided at no charge.
- If cancellation occurs after the PADI eLearning course has been issued, the course fee of ¥21,000 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refund will be provided for health issues disclosed on the day, or for discontinuing the dive due to personal reasons.
- In the event of any dispute or safety concern, the company reserves the final right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the activity, as announced on the official website.
